Knightsbridge Apartment Originally a very run down apartment with a large unused loft above, ATTOL was commissioned to create an apartment for a young professional at the very top end of the market. This included converting the existing loft void and working with English Heritage to seek approvals.
Cadogan Apartment – A clean, crisp, and contemporary refurbishment of an apartment within a grade II-listed mansion block in Chelsea , London.
Bonneville Gardens – A bold concept design which required strong ideas and commitment to achieve the planning permission for this extensive renovation and extension. Phase 2 of the project is yet to be commenced but will include a structural glass terrace and children’s games room at lower ground.
A Chelsea home recently completed by ATTOL. A Grade 2 listed building which had been badly renovated in the 80s now restored to a very high standard. We removed a crude concrete staircase from the rear of the property, extended the back of the building out and opened up the garden to the new family living room. ATTOL worked in collaboration with a New York interior designer to decorate and furnish the property for the client.
Lancaster Grove – North London A rear extension and garden studio in Belsize Park. Our concept was to create a series of linear elements which would be mirrored across the garden space. To emphasise this idea, the two buildings were each given a bespoke, slatted, hardwood timber elevation incorporating lines of LED light in the main openings and under copings. These frames of light delineate the openings at night as well as illuminating the point of transition from inside and out.
