New Build House, London
A new family home formed around a central glazed courtyard bringing light to the heart of the house and merging inside and outside. The plan of this 175sqm new build is staggered to reflect the geometries of the site, it optimises solar orientation and provides long views of the gardens. Particular care was taken to achieve tall ceiling heights, 3 metres at ground floor and up to 5 metres on the first floor. An economic, all timber construction clad with charred timber and built to the highest ecological standards.

House in Primrose Hill, London
Alterations to a London terrace house to create a new home with a unique connection to its garden. The rear wall was removed and a new extension added with 6m high sliding glass doors to create a light double volume living environment that connects directly with the new garden. A glazed terrace at first floor level looks onto the garden.
Sliver House
A new build house in a complex infill site in Maida Vale, London. The site had been left derelict for decades because there were no obvious ways to develop it. Wedged between two imposing Victorian end of terrace buildings with a street frontage of less than three metres, the site is eleven metres deep and 7.5 metres wide at the rear of the property. Each plan, therefore, took a different form. The guiding principles behind the project were to introduce as much light as possible throughout the building whilst retaining privacy from the many neighbouring windows.
