Essex Mansion
The main part of the brief was to open up the views as soon as you walked in and then make the ground floor more conducive to entertaining.
We removed walls, changed levels and completely rebuilt the ground floor to make sure that light flowed into the spaces and the views were seen and noticed as soon as you walked through the front door. We’ve also created a very nice version of a so-called cinema room.
Natural stones, solid woods and leather panels helped to give the home a high end feel and a sense of luxury throughout the house.

Contemporary Country House
We completely renovated this sprawling 6000 sq. ft neo-Georgian House in the depths of the Buckinghamshire countryside, gutting the house back to brick to allow for a complete interior design refresh as well as providing all of the furniture and styling (a complete home set up).
Upon completion, the client simply moved in with their suitcases. The brief from the client was to create a sublime and luxurious home that has energy, elegance and a sense of fun.

Belsize Lane Hampstead
We set about a major renovation to bring the house up to speed and to create a luxurious family home. We completely remodelled all internal spaces adding a basement and an extension to the rear of the property.
The brief was to create a cosy family home but also to update the house with all the latest smart home technology.

Mayfair Mews House
Set over three floors and encompassing a central courtyard – this house just exudes personality, fun and cheekiness. Large bespoke glass walls on each of the three levels, and huge windows that completely open to the courtyard give the house an amazing sense of space and light.
As part of the interior architecture plan we gutted the top floor of the house to create one huge master bedroom with a large dressing room and ensuite bathroom area. We also designed a bar area in the dressing room. Coloured glass walls and a contemporary stair shaft that spans the entire house give this place a real “James Bond” sense of wonder and really is a show stopper. The living room also turned out very luxurious and masculine.
Our client wanted a place where they could entertain and party. We helped them to collect some impressive art as well as styling the complete house to give wow factor and impress.

Modern Swiss Chalet
Set within the landscape of Villars, Switzerland, this luxury ski chalet was the concept of world-renowned architect Sir Norman Foster. The clients are good friends with Foster so when they found the perfect land they had dinner with their architect-friend who sketched out the concept for the chalet on the back of a napkin.
The challenge was to keep the interior design true to the vision of Sir Foster but also keep the main team motivated and part of the general vision. The house also had to be filled with smart technology and the latest must-have gadgets, including a home cinema, as the client is in the electronics business.

Regents Park House
This is probably one of the most unusual projects we have ever undertaken. This ultra-contemporary house spans over 3 mews houses on a picturesque cobbled Mews close to Regents Park.
The slick modern door from the street gives away no secrets. But upon entering the house, the space soars above you with a floating swimming pool that stretches the entire ground floor.
One can also dive from the master bedroom, on the first floor, into the swimming pool below.
Custom Gull wing windows open automatically to reveal the sky and stars –truly magical. Take a look at the luxurious bathroom design and decorations to see how we used bright colors and minimalistic style.
Custom fittings and state of the art technology make this project truly special.

Exchange Building
Set in an old exchange building in Shoreditch, the latest Callender Howorth project involved the complete renovation of a spacious penthouse apartment. Our client wanted to create a home that felt like a “New York loft,” so we worked hard to make the most of the large spaces, high ceilings and natural light.
Starting from scratch, we took the walls back to bring this spectacular space up to date. In places we left brickwork exposed to evoke the industrial feeling that is associated with loft apartments in the Big Apple. White colours and simplistic fittings imbue the space with a contemporary feel, while colourful, bold art pieces give character.
We used glass partitions to segment the space, yet maintain the open-plan feel – as would be found in a loft apartment. Light permeates every corner of this chic penthouse.
