Penthouse Riverside ‘Loft Apartment’ This is the refurbishment of a penthouse loft apartment in a unique location overlooking the River Thames. The brief was to transform what was a dull and outdated interior into a fresh exciting environment to suit a ‘bachelor lifestyle’. Design specifications and project management were key. The main focus was on the open-plan living room/kitchen. This refurbishment project required a total strip -out. We designed and installed a contemporary kitchen. This provides both a functional and pleasing focal area. A large island unit offers casual dining solution. A sense of space was created by the use of porcelain timber effect planks which not only look good, but are also durable. The lighting scheme offers a variety of scenes, illuminating the roof trusses, plinths as well as other features. This essential upgrade created an efficient and exciting array. We designed a comfortable custom made seating arrangement along with an ottoman for storage and to be used as a table! Our Client couldn’t resist the floating Italian bed, which is fully upholstered in a striking red soft leather!

Surrey Contemporary House This stunning individual new-build property is a fantastic testament to our Client’s outstanding taste! The ambience throughout is an amazing example of a modern family home with entertaining very much in mind A sparkling marble floor, with outlandishly striking chairs greet you on entering, and these set the tone for a home where taste and style cannot fail to impress. We used rich tones in Italian silks for the window dressings and soft furnishings throughout.

Italian Restaurant Claygate Surrey This is the total refurbishment of a restaurant premises in Claygate. Our Client, the owner, retained us to help realise his dream; the brief was understandably exacting and precise:- To design a bright, exciting and contemporary dining environment, creating the desired mood to compliment his modern menu for this entirely new Italian Restaurant. Everything was stripped back to a shell, new cloakrooms, and a professional kitchen were created, A central bar draws customers to the hub of the restaurant where they are greeted and shown to their table. Obviously lighting is always a critical element and here we supplied both general and decorative fittings throughout. The creation of harmonious atmosphere in any interior is uppermost in every designer’s mind, we wanted to give a stylish ‘flow’ to the walls and we achieved this by using several different, yet complementing wall finishes. It was agreed this approach gives the restaurant’s discerning diners a more fascinating and interesting environment, plus adding an illusion of space. We echoed this also by use of different fabrics on the perimeter runs of fixed seating. The overall seating arrangements are generous, yet uncluttered, giving customers a relaxed dining experience.

Surrey Hills Located on a private estate in Surrey, this was a comprehensive project to modernise the property throughout. The brief was very clear; The existing traditional character had to go, all rooms were to be taken back to an empty space, create a fresh, light, semi- contemporary classic style, and, importantly, generate the kind of up-dated atmosphere our clients would be more comfortable to live with, and entertain in. “We began to feel that the sitting room was so dull, out-dated and depressing, we realised we never actually used it” Our designs included new limestone fireplaces, a medium oak flooring in the dining and sitting rooms, updated LED lighting, cool, fresh colours. These created not only an improved sense of space, but a more congenial, up to date, relaxed atmosphere. An Italian tiled floor was used for the spacious entrance hall, along with contemporary leather upholstery. We also supplied individual and custom-made furniture, Italian hand-made table lamps and hand-finished window dressings.
