Core Design is a recent award-winning practice as part of The Sunday Times British Homes Awards 2015 – Winners for the Restoration & Refurbishment of a Listed Building property, and also Commended for a New House design. Fronting the practice are two Directors – Nick Muir and Tim Hopkinson, each providing a distinctive specialism. They are supported by an expert and diverse team consisting of qualified Architects, Technicians, and Interior Designers. We work with our clients throughout the whole design process from developing the brief and designing the concept, through to planning, detailing and scheme implementation. As well as major investments, we appreciate commercial realities and can work with limited budgets to create highly successful schemes. We have knowledge and experience in all procurement methods, including Traditional, Design and Build, Serial Tendering, Partnering, etc. we offer a full range of Architectural services which can be tailored to suit the client’s needs.
