The Lifeboat Inn The Lifeboat Inn is a grade two listed St Austell Brewery property which boasts idyllic views of the surrounding St Ives harbour. Careful consideration to the conversion of existing staff accommodation has resulted in five new letting rooms and two holiday apartments. A welcome addition to the busy UK holiday destination scene.
Albion Having previously re-built the Albion in Wimborne following a fire, 2016 saw the completion of its conversion into a ten bedroom hotel for Hall & Woodhouse. DMP worked alongside H&W to develop a new ‘1777’ template for hotel rooms which is now beginning to be rolled out within their estate in the South West.

Village Inn Apartments Conversion of previous staff accommodation above the Village Inn pub in to four luxury apartments, for our client Redcomb Pubs.
Pubs on Wheels We worked on an exciting new concept with Pubs on Wheels to create two pop up mobile bars towed on the back of a Daf truck. Vera and Monty are completely self contained pubs used for outdoor events.
