Having worked for large commercial interior design agencies since the 1980s, Justine Ascough-Shore founded Design Square in 2002 in response to demand from loyal clients.

Business has grown on the strength of recommendation and a genuine understanding of our customers’ businesses, cultures and objectives.

Today, Design Square’s award-winning commercial interiors can be seen in airports, city centres, shopping malls, hotels and museums, from Scotland to Singapore.

Despite this success, Design Square remains committed to bringing design excellence and major contract experience within reach of smaller, niche clients.

We keep costs down by working with a network of trusted collaborators who bring their skills to projects on a needs basis.  This lean approach gives us the capacity of a much larger agency, without the associated overheads.
