This major refurbishment and extension saw two additional screens, a bar/restaurant and passenger lift added to a run-down cinema in Bromley.
The original building dates from 1936 and is one of the original Oscar Deutsch Odeon theatres, representing the distinct Art Deco style of prominent architect George Coles.
The original High Street frontage has been restored, with missing historic features reinstated, along with surviving interior features.
Sarm Music Village

This scheme is for a successful music production company in West London. It comprises the replacement of an existing single storey extension with a modern and elegant building to house dining area that will serve existing recording studios and offices. The modest addition is designed to provide a breakout space that is both a place to relax during the working day and a place to bring together employees and clients.
30B Queen’s Gate Gardens

Working together with SR Interior Design we designed and delivered an extensive refurbishment of a lower ground floor flat within a Grade II Listed building in Kensington and Chelsea, London. The proposals included opening up and reconfiguring the floor plan of the 2-bed property to maximise living space and daylight. A new en-suite was created within an existing external courtyard by installing a new floor slab and roof – consisting mainly of glazing. New finishes were installed throughout along with a new kitchen and new bathroom suites.

This three-bedroom flat in Finsbury, North London, was refurbished throughout; including a new kitchen, joinery and wooden floors. The property is spread across two floors and includes a garden, which was landscaped as part of the works.
Lensbury Club
Teddington, London
This new extension to an old mansion style hotel and private members club house is an all glass pavilion with a pre-patinated copper roof. The new build element is a new 8x40m lounge / restaurant for the Lensbury Club Hotel and is situated on the banks of the Thames at Teddington Lock. The scheme is in Metropolitan Open Land within the Thames flood plain and is built on stilts to the approval of the Environment Agency.
