Mayfair Luxury Apartment Lawson Robb were appointed to design a Luxury Lateral Show Apartment in the highly reputable Hanover Square scheme for Great Portland Estate. Designed to appeal to the younger generation of Mayfair property purchasers, the apartment has a paired back, minimalist structure at its core which Lawson Robb took and added their own touch to.
St James’ Townhouse Lawson Robb were selected to work alongside SHH, interior architect and design, on the FF&E concept, procurement and installation of a luxurious townhouse in the heart of St James’s.
Chelsea Barracks Apartment Chelsea Barracks is a world-class super-prime development on what is arguably the most coveted 12.8 acres in the world comprising a rare collection of apartments, penthouses and townhouses. Lawson Robb were selected to design a five-bedroom, 6,050 sq ft apartment on Mulberry Square and to “transform a show residence into a home”. Lawson Robb designed the apartment for a fictitious business-oriented couple with discerning taste. Their passion for the arts, travel, cuisine, fashion, finance and knowledge, is shown in this precise yet eclectic interior. The result is a layered, contemporary and sophisticated composition of finishes and textures, creating a tailored environment that acknowledges the heritage of the site, whilst embracing the future of London luxury living.
Chelsea Barracks Penthouse Chelsea Barracks is a world-class super-prime development on what is arguably the most coveted 12.8 acres in the world comprising a rare collection of apartments, penthouses and townhouses. Lawson Robb were selected to design a 6,144 sq ft six-bedroom, seven-bathroom penthouse on Whistler Square with a 360 degree wrap-around terrace providing panoramic views of the city. Lawson Robb designed the residence to exhibit a delicate balance that marries rich London heritage with 21st century living where the modern-meets-Georgian style mirrors the building’s architecture as well as the surrounding neighbourhood.
Palma De Mallorca Residences Located in the old town of Palma de Mallorca, this authentic townhouse building is being redeveloped into a luxury complex consisting of five units, a penthouse, two duplex and two coplanar apartments, with a gym, pool, and cinema.
Haze Superyacht Lawson Robb, collaborating with Rigby & Rigby, will be the first designers to work on Extra Yachts brand new yacht model, the 86 Fast. Italian shipyard Palumbo Superyachts will be giving the new yacht its debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival (September 10-15, 2019). The 86 Fast is the latest addition to the Extra line, which includes the Extra 76, 86 and 93, as well as the 120 Alloy and the 130 Alloy flagship.
