Magna Carta Park is a new luxury development in the heart of Surrey, a private estate with a collection of beautifully designed homes nestled within 57 acres of woodland and gardens. Commissioned by Royalton Residences, Louise Bradley designed all interiors for the 23 houses, 10 townhouses and 26 apartments. The homes are designed to provide a welcome haven at the end of a busy day, Louise Bradley’s design philosophy Is to create luxurious, functional and timeless homes, which Is truly evident in the design of Magna Carta Park. The spatial layouts have been arranged to provide each household with beautiful views over the estate, as well as access to large areas of garden or private terraces. Each home has both classic and contemporary elements with a neutral colour palette, layered with unique finishes and bespoke soft furnishings.
Creating interiors for this luxury Grade-I listed property meant working hand in hand with English Heritage. Whilst respecting the design of the building and creating an interior that enhances the architecture, Louise Bradley Design Studio also had to ensure that the home would satisfy the modern needs of its future residents. Working in the classic contemporary style means understanding the heritage of the property, ensuring that the interiors are seamlessly linked to the history of the area, the property, and its architecture. In this residential project, Louise Bradley Design Studio selected a muted colour palette, enriched with warm tones, carefully positioned antique decorative lighting and bespoke furniture with a mix of unique finishes adding an unrivalled luxury to the space.
A complete refurbishment of this Chelsea townhouse left only the façade of the property remaining. The Louise Bradley Design Studio were responsible for the full interior architecture, bespoke joinery and soft furnishings throughout this space. Opening out the property on the ground floor to create an elegant garden room and extending the ceiling heights in the basement, incorporating a stunning lightwell in the open plan living space. The house was layered with bespoke soft furnishings, unique finishes and a muted colour palette to create both a functional and luxurious retreat in central London.
Louise Bradley was appointed to provide a full turn-key design service in connection with the complete refurbishment of this Super Prime Central London Pied-a-Terre. The internal layout was reconfigured structurally to provide a dynamic open plan living space, including mezzanine and snug areas, with intimate Master Suite & Guest areas. Along with delivering the highest quality architectural and interior design, our scope included developing a sophisticated and comprehensive Home Automation System inclusive of Lighting Control, Audio and TV distribution, including discreet Heating and Cooling solutions.
The Louise Bradley Design Studio was responsible for delivering a full range of design services to the highest quality in connection with this impressive new build private residence. Integrating seamlessly with the Developer’s design team, the studio provided the internal Architecture and Interior Design throughout this 25,000 sqft property, to create the precise flow of interconnected spaces that best suited the client’s lifestyle and requirements. Our scope entailed the design of all internal joinery, development of bespoke furniture, and the full specification of all finishes and soft furnishings delivering a full turn-key project.
This impressive Grade II listed country estate, over 130 acres, was entrusted to the Louise Bradley Design Studio to provide the client with a full turn-key design service. Our expansive scope included the Main House, and all other properties on the Estate, including the adjacent Shooting Lodge, the Guest House and the Gate Cottages. We sensitively designed the interiors and decorative schemes for this property, specifying internal finishes, bespoke fitted furniture and soft furnishings. Interiors throughout the Edwardian Estate retained much of the original architecture, including detailed plaster coffered ceilings and timber wall panelling, all of which were retained and lovingly restored, alongside installations of our bespoke items, to create a wonderfully relaxed and beautiful country home.
Looking in from the gated entrance, this newly built Queen Anne style home stands proudly amongst beautifully landscaped gardens including its own lake, outdoor tennis court and outdoor swimming pool. Positioned south facing, the grounds and main house obtain the full benefit of the natural light from sunrise to sunset. The Louise Bradley Design Studio were responsible for a full turn-key service on this project, with the interiors spread over 4 floors, including an extensive Basement that extends fully beneath the house and front terrace.
