The Bristol / Somerset based studio supports creative-minded clients & dynamic new brands to efficiently create unforgettable experiences… The good kind, not the 1* Tripadvisor kind!
Whilst all clients are unique in their vision and approach, they all seek to transport their guests with a special experience, an escape from the reality outside; a little immersive and unexpected delight.
So why Maven? Maven means “to know”, because to personally know clients and their guests, is where a concept really comes to life. Every project is truly a collaborative journey with clients; delving into your vision, passion and values to develop high quality concepts with soul, creative originality and technical expertise that truly work, before overseeing the implementation one creative design detail at a time. It’s never simply a brief to be answered but an opportunity to welcome & deliver joy to guests and not forgetting staff too.
Prior to Maven I was lead interior designer at a top UK studio working alongside acclaimed hospitality and retail clients throughout the UK and globally. I was fortunate to have designed the interiors of many diverse projects from Glasgow to Angola; including private members clubs, hotels, restaurants, bars, casinos and retail stores.
Whether it’s in a hotel, restaurant, bar or other space; there is truly no greater reward or motivation than seeing people enjoy a experience Maven was a part of, whether it’s at the launch or years later. From nationwide brands to small start ups I’m proud to have worked with some fantastic brands developing lasting partnerships.
I’m always researching worldwide for new innovations and inspiration to help clients bring to life the experiences of tomorrow. Talking of tomorrow, I’m also a passionate advocate of sustainable design.
And another thing…I believe design should be a bit of fun; because creating great experiences doesn’t tend to come from stuffy meetings!
