BBC Following success in competitive tender a proactive approach to working with the team of consultants resulted in success for the initial fast track project. An excellent on-going service relationship has resulted in additional and ongoing projects regionally.
Bristol Water Selected through a European Journal tender Workscape were appointed as furniture consultants to specify, procure, deliver and install furniture for this large HQ project. With a 5 phase installation and multiple last-minute delays to programme Workscapes logistical resource and expertise were invaluable.
City of Westminster College With over 8000 product components from 38 different suppliers successfully delivered, installed and completed in 3 weeks this project represents one of our greatest challenges and achievements to date. Not surprisingly Workscape were selected again for their next Maida Vale Campus project where logistical resource and expertise were crucial in managing site delays of over 10 months at minimum cost.
Horizon Nuclear Power Following an introduction by JLL Workscape were appointed to procure a range of different furniture products and manufacturers for phase 1 of a large Fastrack project in Gloucester. Following the success of phase 1 and exceptional ongoing service Workscape were the obvious choice for phase 2 completed 18 months later.
The Woodland Trust The Woodland Trust moved into their award-winning purpose-built headquarters in Grantham, designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley Studio.
Yum (KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell) With challenges to both budget and programme Workscape were chosen to supply Herman Miller workstations and task chairs and to source a wide ranging loose and storage wall package from both well-known and niche suppliers. A fast track collaboration with JRA was carried out to meet the furniture budget, maintain the look and feel of the design concept and keep the whole scheme deliverable to programme.
Quintiles Quintiles are a leading pharmaceutical company and they took 120,000 sq ft at Green Park, Reading in order to gather 700 of their UK staff into an inspirational European HQ in keeping with their impressive global business. Working alongside the fit out contractor within a programme of just 10 weeks from appointment to furniture completion, Stage 2 involved helping select loose furniture to suit the budget and programme, while still within the spirit of the designer’s concept.
