Three-Story Apartments Three New-Build Apartments in Golders Green The client owned two semi-detached homes with large rear-gardens. Reducing the gardens created an irregular-shaped plot at the rear leading on to the road behind. Adjacent to this plot were more homes, so it seemed like a natural place for another building to be created, following the line along this road. We were asked by a local developer to design a building to occupy this new plot and transformed a dilapidated row of garages into spacious, light-filled homes.
