Fairfax Road A contemporary new-build home in west London, featured in Open House London. Three stories and basement, with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Our design scope covered everything from space planning, hard finishes, lighting, joinery and bathroom design to furniture, window dressings and accessories. The kitchen was fully bespoke, created from our designs and specification. Key materials in the build are the exposed concrete structure which can be seen at various points throughout the home, and the polished concrete floor finish on the ground floor. Beautiful designer furniture and lighting combine with the wooden joinery elements to add a warmth to the space, while maintaining the sharp, refined feel of the scheme. The master bedroom on the third floor features a custom walk-through wardrobe and bed combination, with an en-suite, complete with elegant matt white free-standing bath and walk-in shower with green wall and a view.

Dartmouth Park A modern, fresh Scandinavian style project in North London. Set over five floors we wanted to tie together the stark architectural details in with the traditional form and setting of the house. Using muted tones, classic furniture pieces and textured fabrics we were able to soften the scheme. The decorative lighting provided an opportunity to add a more impactful contemporary edge to the interior creating balanced Scandi style spaces with distinct character.

Audley Court

Old Street Duplex This full flat refurbishment is located in East London near Old Street. One side of the apartment is a stunning double-height space, with a fully glazed aspect. An open mezzanine houses the master bedroom and bathroom. The minimal monochrome scheme features use of textured finishes including exposed concrete, bog oak and a hand applied, two-colour resin floor. Architectural elements such as the clean lines of the staircase and balcony are complimented by the dark minimal kitchen and architectural lighting. The project included bathroom design, custom joinery – in the form of a walk-in wardrobe and full kitchen design, material and furniture specification and project management. We love the minimal feel of the space and how the subtle use of texture and pattern throughout brings the finished flat to life.

Brixton Pad This Brixton based project consisted of kitchen design, including custom joinery and bathroom design and specification. We created a minimal scheme with clean lines with a distinct Scandinavian feel. The cool tones of wood used in the kitchen add warmth and along with the corian worktop give the space a wonderful tactile quality. The bathroom has a minimal monochrome palette which contrasts beautifully with the retro fittings. The white metro tiles create a continuity through the flat and provide a subtle pattern for the space. We love the simplicity of the overall scheme, which feels fresh and refined.
